I have renovated and refurbished a 4 bedroom property by Palmer Park.

I am looking for 1 more housemate for the property.

The current housemates are all young professionals working in the reading area and so another young professional would be ideal.

The room is £725 (inclusive of bills) It is a double room. The room comes complete with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. It is available from 26th November 2026 but there is an option to move in earlier.

The house has 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs both shared between 4), a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, both of which are considerable size.

The property also has a lovely patio garden.

There is internet throughout the house and a tv point in the bedroom being let. In addition there is unlimited on road parking outside the house for which you can obtain a permit. The property is alarmed as well as having CCTV monitoring the front door for security purposed.

The property is 4 minutes walk from the number 17 bus route into Reading town centre - taking less than 10 minutes, and a 25 min walk into Reading town centre.

The property is 5 minutes from Earley train station (train directly to London Waterloo) Reading University, the Royal Berkshire Hospital and Thames Valley Business Park.

There are various shops which are less than a 4 minute walk away including supermarkets, a pharmacy, a post office, dry cleaners, a beauty parlour and numerous eating places. There is also a park at the end of the road.

I do not charge any agency or referencing fees however the deposit for securing the room is non refundable.
