Three Rooms in Reading to Let

I have a 3-storey semi-detached house at Ella Garett Close, Reading, UK (RG2 7BL), a very quiet cul-de-sac development off No. 56 Northumberland Avenue and close to University of Reading. Bus stop for bus No. 5 to/from town centre is just across the road. There are three bedrooms (one single room and one double room on 1/F and one en-suite room on 2/F). All rooms are provided with bed, wardrobe and desk. I will keep either the single room or double room for my own use, mainly for storage since I am working overseas not residing in the UK. Therefore, the tenants in the house can enjoy separate floor, separate bathroom and separate toilet for almost everyday of the year. There is a garden and a garage. The garage is now used for storage of my stuff as there is a private land outside the garage that can be used for parking of one big car or two small cars. There is a spacious living room on 1/F with sofa and a spacious kitchen of the same size with table, chairs, stove, oven and watching machine on the G/F. In adddition to a bathroom with WC on 1/F, there is a third WC without bathing on G/F. As the house is in very good and clean condition, l will only consider those who are clean and tidy and will take good care of my house. Also, only non-smokers with no pets will be considered.
