I am looking for a flatmate in the Reading area to occupy a double bedroom within a two bedroom flat. Ideally I would like someone who is a working professional, who is house proud and likes to live in a clean and tidy environment. The property is in a newly build block of apartments, located on the top floor. It has an open plan kitchen, dining area and living area, an open roof terrace/balcony. The bedroom is a double with the bathroom located opposite. The rent is £350 per week and bills are included.
