Description
Beautiful double room and large double room have become available - 5 minute walk to Royal Berkshire Hospital and 10 minute walk to the town centre.
Are you a graduate looking for a new home, not just a room? It is a lovely fully furnished shared Victorian house in a good road within the University Area, and just a short walk from the town centre. The others are very pleasant indeed making this a great place to live particularly if looking for a friendly house share.
The University Area is a great place with local shops, a gym nearby and a cafe with fabulous coffee as well as lots of green space and a lake to enjoy pleasant walks.
It is a 10 minute walk to town and a 20 minute walk to the station or there are plenty of buses you can hop on to the station if you don't fancy the walk on occasions.
It is a five minute walk from the Royal Berkshire Hospital and you can get a free bus to Thames Valley Park at the bottom of the road or take the short walk along the canal. There are good access roads to the M4 and surrounding areas.
It is so hard to know what is a good area if you are new to the area so we only have rooms in the best areas - where I would want to live myself.
There is a good size but very low maintenance South Westerly facing garden with patio. The bedrooms have TV points and fully furnished.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped including fridges / freezer / washerdrier etc.
Please get in touch if you would like any further information or to organise a viewing.
We are private landlords with no agency fees. We pride ourselves in providing an excellent service. We have a flexible contract if your circumstances change
There are no upfront or ongoing fees. You need to budget around £75 pcm for council tax, broadband, water and TV license. The tenants in the house organise the gas and electric.
