One large double room available in shared house

Hello - I’m a 'live-out landlord' looking to rent out a lovely large double-room in my house.

The room is available from 14th July

I’m looking for a professionals who are mature & responsible but also friendly & good humoured. I am away a lot so I want to find someone I can trust in my absence.

You would be living with two other housemate - Shannon and Christine who are 29 & 27 and are both really lovely and friendly. They both work full time and they are looking for another young professional to join them.

LOCATION: Situated in a great location on a quiet street, 10mins walk to Reading West Station which is then just a 3min train ride to Readings main station. 25mins walk to the town centre and we’re also only a short walk to the Royal Blue 33, Sky Blue 15 or the Purple 17 line.

Door to door you can get into London in an hour.

The house is located west of Reading town centre, near to lots of amenities including Kensington Park, Prospect Park & M4 motorway. Nearby there is also Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tescos, IKEA and a decent gym is only 5mins away if you’re so inclined.

THE ROOM: The room is a large sized double with two large windows. It comes with a good quality double bed & mattress with under bed storage, wardrobe, bedside table, rug & chest of drawers. There is space for a desk or other furniture if you so desire.

THE HOUSE: The house is nice throughout with a shared lounge, kitchen, small utility area, bathroom and 2nd reception room. We also have a small but nice south facing garden.

The kitchen is new with loads of storage, a dishwasher and spacious for the era, new bathroom with good shower and hot water on demand. All bills are included. There is unlimited fibre optic broadband, large smart TV, TV recorder & netflix.
