Close to Film Studios; 3 miles from Wokingham. Large, bright twin room in quiet, detached bungalow. Well furnished with double glazing, TV and fibre broadband and fridge. Patio doors open to large garden.

Weekly cleaning included

Tea making facilities and fridge in the room and the single occupant will have use of the kitchen at any time and use of guest bathroom at all times.

There is a separate guest entrance and off street parking.

The bungalow, council tax band E, in a very quiet central village location with the village shop and restaurants close by. A good bus service to Reading three times/hour. We are between M4 junctions 10 and 11.

We are looking for a quiet professional tenant, preferably Monday to Friday though we can be flexible. Most of our guests have stayed for years, only leaving when their work contracts ended.
