Two double rooms 15min from University

Two Double rooms in a recently refurbished house. Looking for students between 19 and 26. Someone clean and respectful for the house and the people in it.

20 years old live in landlord. All the rooms are only rented to students.

The rooms are furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and dresser, and have a large window.
The house has a large kitchen, large bathroom with bathtub, shared living room and garden to study in the spring days. A washing machine is located in the kitchen for everyone's use.

All bills are included, the wifi is fast and works perfectly.
