I am a private landlord offering family owned property. I have a newly decorated thoroughly clean, non smoking, compact, first floor studio flat in West Reading. The house is on the no. 17 bus route and is a 10 minute ride into the town centre.

I am looking to rent the accommodation to a professional looking for clean, tidy quiet, well maintained accommodation. Party animals and non house proud people please look elsewhere.

The flat incorporates a kitchenette,(baby belling cooker, fridge, cupboards, sink/drainer and worktop) in a niche off the lounge. The lounge leads into the bedroom which in turn leads into the bathroom.
