Hello!,

I am a private landlord offering family owned property. I have a newly decorated thoroughly clean, non smoking, compact, first floor studio flat in West Reading. The house is on the no. 17 bus route and is a 10 minute ride into the town centre.

I am looking to rent the accommodation to a professional looking for clean, tidy quiet, well maintained accommodation. Party animals and non house proud people please look elsewhere.

The flat incorporates a kitchenette,(baby belling cooker, fridge, cupboards, sink/drainer and worktop) in a niche in the lounge. The lounge leads into the bedroom which in turn leads into the bathroom.

Please note that there is no washing machine facility, launderettes are available locally.

The studio is Council Tax Band A.
