I wish to rent out a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room in my own home . I am looking for a responsible lodger, looking after the house when I am away, professional in outlook and respectful of sharing spaces.

The house is conveniently located:
- Walking distance to Reading town centre 7 mins to Oracle shopping area
- 20 mins to Reading train station
- 25 mins to University of Reading.

The house has open plan living and kitchen space and benefits from a sunny garden. There is also private parking right outside the house. The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic.

Beware of the bunny! I own a 4 year old mini-lop rabbit who is cute and lovely and free roams downstairs around the house when he is here. You should be comfortable living with a rabbit and not have pet hair allergies.

The council tax band is D. The rent includes all bills.
