Lovely en-suite double in house central Reading

I wish to rent out a double en-suite bedroom and a small double bedroom . I will be living in the house approximately two weeks each month. I am looking for people who will be responsible lodgers, looking after the house when I am away, professional in outlook and respectful of sharing spaces.

Room 1 is a large double, with built in wardrobes and its own en-suite shower. Room 2 is a small double with use of the main bathroom. The house is conveniently located:
- Walking distance to Reading town centre 7 mins to Oracle shopping area
- 20 mins to Reading train station
- 25 mins to University of Reading.

The house has open plan living and kitchen space and benefits from a sunny garden. There is also private parking right outside the house.

The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic.

Beware of the bunny! I own a 3 year old mini-lop rabbit who is cute and lovely and free roams downstairs around the house when he is here. He is currently living away (with my parents) but he will be the occasional house guest, so you should be comfortable living with a rabbit and not have pet hair allergies.

The council tax band is D. The rent includes council tax, broadband and TV license. Utilities- water, gas, electricity - are extra.
