Lovely en-suite double in house central Reading

I wish to rent out a double bedroom . I will be living in the house approximately two weeks each month. I am looking for a responsible lodger, looking after the house when I am away, professional in outlook and respectful of sharing spaces.

Room 2 is a double room with fitted wardrobe, sharing the use of the main bathroom with myself. I will only be at the house approximately two weeks a month, so you will have more than 50% sole use of the bathroom. The house is conveniently located:
- Walking distance to Reading town centre 7 mins to Oracle shopping area
- 20 mins to Reading train station
- 25 mins to University of Reading.

The house has open plan living and kitchen space and benefits from a sunny garden. There is also private parking right outside the house. The ensuite bedroom is rented out to a 34year old male professional.

The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic.

Beware of the bunny! I own a 3 year old mini-lop rabbit who is cute and lovely and free roams downstairs around the house when he is here. He will be the occasional house guest, so you should be comfortable living with a rabbit and not have pet hair allergies.

The council tax band is D. The rent includes all bills.
