Double and single rooms in house central Reading

Two rooms available to rent on a lodgings basis, sharing with me the live in landlord. I will be away sometimes and I am looking for a responsible lodger or two who will looking after the house when I am away, professional in outlook and respectful of sharing spaces. You will have use of the main bathroom which you will share with one other lodger, or have sole use of if the other room is not occupied.

The house is conveniently located:
- Walking distance to Reading town centre 7 mins to Oracle shopping area
- 20 mins to Reading train station
- 25 mins to University of Reading.

The house has open plan living and kitchen space and benefits from a sunny garden. There is also private parking right outside the house. The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic.

Beware of the bunny! I own a 4 year old mini-lop rabbit who is cute and lovely and free roams downstairs around the house when he is here. You should be comfortable living with a rabbit and not have pet hair allergies.

The council tax band is D. The rent includes all bills.
