Refurnished bedrooms in a nice and quiet house

STUDENTS ONLY.

This is a semi-attached house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The room available is a shining double bedroom on the 1st floor. The available double bedroom is bright (as shown in the photo) and nearly new furniture and a mattress /a bookshelf bought last Sept only. Bathroom will be shared with a female student only.

The house is close to Earley gate of the University of Reading; to the main Whiteknight campus, it depends on which building, but it shall still be up to 20 mins walk. Bus No. 19b is just cross the road. But No. 17 and No. 21 bus stops are within 10 minutes walk. TESCO, ASDA or M&S Simply Food supermarkets are within walking distance, too. To the main Whiteknight campus or Earley Station, it is about 15-20 minutes walk; to the London Road campus, 30 minutes.

On the ground floor, it is a spacious living room, dinning hall (28.5 square metres) with a bright conservatory (17 sq. metres). A bright decent sized garden with sunshine is at the backyard. It is unlike many other properties to rent where there is little common area and the only places you can go, after a tiring day, is either the kitchen or your own bedroom. That's it. No, We have a decent space for feeling relaxed at home.

All the electric appliances are a few years old only. A new Dyson wireless hoover was bought last summer for all bedrooms and stairs. The oven and all bedroom floorings , carpet for the stairs were only installed in late August last year.

The whole house is refurnished with very good conditioned furniture, dish washer, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer. Cookers, plates or bed linens may also be provided, if requested. A private parking place for up to 4 or 5 cars is available at the front yard. A natural reserve with a lake is just behind the house, about 2 minutes walk.

Being quiet and clean is essential for the house . It is ok to invite over one friend for a coffee or meal but in general, this house is not suitable for people who want to have parties, etc. Strictly no smoking and pets in the house. Letter of student status proof will be required.
