Hello and thank you for visiting my page, I have a nice double bedroom to rent out on Coley Avenue in Reading.

The room will be solely occupied by yourself and has it's own en-suite.
The house is a new build in a new development, so it couldn’t be more fresh, clean and welcoming.

It is ideally placed right next to the town centre, a 20 minute walk into the centre and 25 minute walk to Reading’s main train station. There is a bus two minutes from the house which is a 10 minute ride into town.

The room is partly furnished and the ensuite bathroom has an electric easy to use shower.
There is a kitchen/communal area, the kitchen has an integrated fridge freezer, washing machine and water softener. The communal area has a dining room area, sofa and a 55 inch 4K HDR TV.
There is an available car parking space and a private garden at the back with a shed for bicycles.
The house also has a fast Fibre To The Home (FTTH) broadband connection. Typically available in new builds, FTTH is the most modern and fast broadband technology available.

All bills are included in the rent price.

A mature student/young professional is preferable, both male and female tenants are welcome. I am looking for someone who is fun, engaging and respectful / takes pride and care in the condition of their living space.
