We have a lovely bright double room becoming available soon in our centrally located sociable graduate houseshare with car parking included.

You would be sharing with 5 other clean and tidy, fun, down to earth graduate professionals (4 males and 1 female) in their early 20s who enjoy sociable nights out together and barbecues in the garden in the good weather. We’re ideally looking for a female housemate as the current housemates like to have an even balance in the house.

Housemates are male and female professionals.

The house is close to local amenities (supermarkets, local shops, cafes, restaurants and takeaways); there are several main bus routes all at the end of the road) and the house is a very short walk of 3 minutes (0.2 miles) from Reading West train station.

The house benefits from a large fully equipped kitchen, double fridge and tall freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, plenty of cupboard space, lounge with L-shaped sofa and coffee table, dining table and large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Wireless superfast Virgin broadband 350mbps throughout, 2 bathrooms and additional separate WC shared between 5 as one of the other rooms in the house has its own en-suite bathroom.
There is a mixture of off street driveway parking and on road permit parking for six vehicles where we pay the parking permit costs. Patio with garden furniture, parasol, washing line, barbecue and ultra-secure Asgard metal bicycle shed.

The room offered is bright spacious and furnished with white IKEA furniture including double bed with comfy mattress, mattress protector, three door mirror wardrobe (updated since photographs were taken), wall mounted desk, chair, plenty of power sockets and a TV aerial point.

The room benefits from neutral décor and pale carpet so you can add your own style. Sheer voile roller blinds let the daylight in but maintain your privacy and neutral blackout curtains will ensure that you get a good nights sleep.

Rent includes a weekly clean of the common parts, council tax, all utilities and Virgin superfast Wi-fi broadband internet 350mbps with good signal throughout the house.
