We are searching for 2 lovely new house mates to join a group of like-minded working professionals in this top quality co-living accommodation with two bathrooms and 5 double rooms (let to singles only). The kitchen is brand new, including washing machine, tumble dryer, lots of cupboard space, 2 fridges and freezer. There is a modern round table for dining and socialising with a 42" smart TV.

Located in-between Reading and Tilehurst in a quiet, safe location with on street parking (no need for permit).

The South facing garden is private and spacious to enjoy the lovely (slightly elusive) summer evenings, the garden has side access to allow storage of bikes. Garden bench and Picnic table

Public Transport :

- 120 metres to Grovelands Road bus stop (Sky Blue 15 - every 15 minutes - to West and Central train stations / Reading Town Centre)

- 500 metres to Pond House bus stop on the Oxford Road (Purple 17 into Central Reading all day, all night (24-7), other bus routes also from this stop).

- Tilehurst station 1.5 miles, Reading West 1.1 miles, Reading Station 2.1 miles.

- 450 metres to the local convenience store.
- 900 metres to The gym Reading West.

Each room is tastefully furnished to a high standard including an Otterman style lift storage bed (lots of storage space under the bed), with high quality mattress, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and set of draws.
