We have a double room on the first floor available.

The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and table, two seater and one seater sofas.

Our room always rents quickly so please book in a virtual or face to face viewing to avoid disappointment.

The rest of the property has a very large communal living room and large kitchen diner, lots of parking and garden space.

Our HMOs are homes away from home. We have a lovely vibe in the house and are looking for one more fantastic tenant to come and rent our double room.

Easy 5-minute access to M4 and the surrounding areas including Newbury, Maidenhead, Heathrow, Henley, Bracknell, Windsor and Slough. Reading to London in 35 minutes via train.

We are very hands-on, friendly landlords who are quick to resolve any maintenance issues (usually within 24hrs) and live nearby (1 mile away)
