Double room in shared house

Hi, I have one double available in a shared house for a professional person. In a very peaceful area of Sandhurst.

Its a normal, clean, tidy, comfortable home with all the usual conveniences, and a little too big for one. The neighbors all know each other and are very friendly. I'm quite an easy going, happy relaxed person.
A new bathroom is being put in because of Corona, it just helps if there is a need to self isolate and all to remain comfortable. The room will be available from mid June 2020 hence no photo's as I am having the lounge, kitchen and hallway done as well - so its all waiting new and fresh.
