A smaller double room for rent in a house share in a very quiet sort after area of sandhurst overlooking the rear of the property. It has a double bed wardrobe with draws, bed side tables. I can supply another set of draws depending if the tenant requires them. Kitchen and living room available for use also. WiFi in house and TV in lounge. All kitchen appliances to include cooler, fridge freezer and washing machine with outside drying space.
Can use loft for some storage if needed. I work 5-6 days a week so only generally home of an evening and some weekends.
Gas central heating in house. On road parking or could use the garage if wanted to. Bills included if fair usage of gas and electric.
