1 double bedroom in a quiet cul de sac

Our 4 bedroom detached house is in a quiet cul de sac. The garden backs onto Wild Moor Heath, so great for runners or walkers. We live in a lovely area of Sandhurst.

The room has just been decorated and also fitted with a new carpet.

All bills are included, including fibre optic broadband.

We have a dishwasher, microwave, and large induction hob, 2 double ovens, we also have an ice maker which is great for hot days. There is also a wood burner in the front room. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble drier and an extra fridge freezer. The drive way is large enough for 5 or 6 cars.

The bedroom has a desk and chair, chest of drawers, set of shelves, 2 double wardrobes and divan bed with a memory foam mattress. Our back gate goes straight onto the heathland.

The bathroom is shared with one other person and there is also an extra toilet downstairs.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to shops, and 20 mins to the railway station.

We are about 10 minutes to M3 by car.

I'm a tutor. I enjoy walking, dancing, traveling and socialising.

We have a lovely cat.

We are looking for working professionals preferably, that can provide at least 2 references.
