I'm a single young woman looking to rent out my spare double bedroom which comes furnished with a bed, mattress, desk and wardrobe. The house is situated in a quiet culdesac with lovely neighbours.

All bills and broadband included with shared large bathroom, kitchen and living room, as well as a garden. My miniature sausage dog also lives at the house who is very friendly. I work from home most of the time in my home office.
