Double bed room in a detached house with garden

Myself and my partner a looking to rent out our double spare room.
The house as been completely refurbished to a very high standard.
We have two reception rooms - one being a tv room and the other being more of a snug/chill out room with log burner.
We have a good size kitchen which is fully equipped with microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer plus a utility room with a washing machine/ tumble dryer.
We have ample of parking at the property and we have good transport links to Reading town centre, Green Park and Wokingham through a regular bus service. We do have a pub that is within 2 min walk as well as the M4 connection within a 2 minute drive. We also have some shops in walking distance and the Shinfield Studios in walking distance.

The bedroom is a big double bedroom with lots of light a tv/ data point and has under bed storage as well as a wardrobe and a dressing table.
You have bathroom upstairs as well as a wet room downstairs which both will be shared with another lodger/ friend .

We do have a cleaner that comes once a week to clean communal areas of the house but we expect a clean lodger who cleans up after them self and keeps everything tidy as we ware doing the same. We both are non-smokers and would not want anyone smoking in or outside the house.

We do have large garden with outside seating which you are more than welcome to use.

We do have 2 dogs called Max & Charlie who are friendly with humans but not with all other dogs. So if you plan to bring a dog, we are unfortunately not your place.

All bills are included in the rent.

Dan works full time in London and Cathrin is a Coach, PT and Massage therapist and works from home. We both are very active people who enjoy sports and exercise .

We looking for someone who will fit into are household and enjoy the house like we do and works in an office/ plant rather than works from home. (no working from home requests please and no couples)
