House benefits from a large kitchen fitted with all utilities and white goods to use by all tenants. There are three shared bathrooms available in the house. There is also a large living room available.

The house consists of 6 rooms in total, all rented to working professionals only. We provide a cleaner to clean communal areas fortnightly.

All utility bills are included in the rent (gas, water, electric, council tax and internet). There is off street and on street parking available - no permit required.
