Looking for a new flatmate for my rented apartment. I have lived here for a year and love the flat. The location is nice and quiet but close to the M4 for commute/travel. The flat is a top floor flat (2nd floor) so nobody upstairs or to the right of us either. Reading town centre is a 10 min drive or 25 min bus ride. There is a dedicated parking space that comes with the flat and street parking available.
About me: 36 year old History teacher who enjoys golf at the weekend and watching the football (Crystal Palace fan).
About you: Must be a working professional, with clear credit history. Daytime working hours. Non smoker. Similar interests would be great 👍
About the room: Nice, large double room with en-suite. Bed comes with the room, but bedside table and tv stand (and TV) belong to the current housemate.
