Looking for a lodger to live with me in my home! You will have the entire middle floor which consists of 2x double bedroom size rooms (one is empty completely unfurnished currently, the image of the bedroom with no curtains if that room for size reference) so you can turn this into a lounge or whatever you desire. There is a small study (unfurnished) and your own bathroom with bath + shower. Nothing on your floor is used by myself. Located in Shinfield (Reading) just off the black boy roundabout in a quiet 3 property gated community (locking coded gates) with plenty of private parking (pictured). Regular bus route to town less than 2 minute walk away. Easy access to M4 corridor. Property was built in 2006. All rooms have numerous plugs etc.

Property has 2 private gardens which can be seen in pictures. Any questions etc don’t hesitate to ask and feel free to share to anyone who may be interested. All standard things such as fridge, dishwasher, air fryer etc are already provided and have been improved (New fridge, new washing machine) from the below pictures of which some are from the previous owner. Rooms can be furnished however you like, the photos are just examples.

I am easy going and sociable. I have no pets, no kids and work a standard office 8:30 - 17:30 job. Being a lodger at this property, you are more than welcome to make use of all ameities and I do not expect you to just sit in your room (unless you want to of course!)
