You will share a shower room with just one other person which is professionally cleaned weekly at the landlords expense.

Following successful referencing, we will require the first month’s rent plus one month rent equivalent deposit upfront, which will be protected for you using the national Deposit Protection Scheme. We can offer an alternative to the deposit option with Reposit, please let us know what works best for you!

We are professional and approachable live-out landlords with our own family and we are accredited by the National Residents Landlord Association. We care deeply about who we let our rooms to in our co-living homes to ensure a harmonious experience for our housemates. We do our best to help you feel confident that it is the right home for you too.
To ensure we can do this for you, we carry out all our viewings and importantly manage our house ourselves which means you do not have to deal with agents.
