My partner, our dog and I have recently purchased a property in Shinfield and are looking for a house mate to join us! I am posting this ad early on - we are still renovating the house, but anticipate it will be ready for end of September. Rest assured Bathroom, Kitchen and Bedroom will all be fully complete in time for your move but do note other renovation work may still continue in the next few months. Of course we will not do any works at an inconvenient time.

I am an ex-teacher, now tutor full time and my partner works in the film industry (props). Any film crew looking for a Monday-Friday stay VERY WELCOME! We are happy to be flexible letting wise, to fit your schedule, short and long term lets considered.

We also have the cutest, most gentle little dog Dolly, a king charles cavalier spaniel. She does not bark or lick, will never be left alone in the house and mostly sleeps all day, so she will be no bother to you.

The bathroom has just been fully renovated and along with the kitchen and living room, will be a shared space with us. No en-suite unfortunately.

Garage space will be available within reason if needed and garden is at your disposal as well.
