We are situated between Henley-on-Thames and Reading. The room has recently been redecorated and is very clean and light.. looks over a large back garden.
There is a single bed, fitted wardrobe, desk and chair, side cupboard with lamp.
The room has a flat screen tv, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.
There is a shared large bathroom with
separate shower. The room and bathroom are cleaned weekly. Bedding changed fortnightly. Utility room with washing machine, ironing board and washing up facilities.
Linen and towels included
There is off street parking for one car...Can accommodate a bike if required.

The ideal tenant would be a male who likes their own space possibly working away from home. The only storage in your room is a double fitted wardrobe.

Monday to Friday let is £100.00pw
