Double room to rent in Newbury

We have a double room available in a shared house for a single tenant. The bedroom has furniture comprising of a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe with additional chest of drawers within. As always we like to promote the simple but important things, like to keep things nice, clean and tidy. The house is a 10min walk north from the town centre and the languages spoken in the house are English and Brazilian. The landlord lives locally and is able to address any issues swiftly. The room was decorated, re carpeted and new curtains in 2021. It will be available from 3rd March 2025. All bills are included. It has communal kitchen, conservatory (lounge area) and large garden and patio.

Single occupancy £550 monthly with deposit of £634 held within the DPS scheme. The room Is available until July 2025
