I have a spare double room in Spencers Wood available from December I am close to the M4. It is a quiet cul de sac, with off road parking.
Its a quiet household, apart from a feisty cat!! I am fairly easy going; all I ask really is that someone cleans up after themselves.
Modern shower room and nice garden.
Look forward to hearing from you. I have used Spare room before, and some tenants have stayed for 3 or so years.
