1 double sized room to rent in a top floor flat.(second floor)Furnished. Shed if need somewhere to store a bike etc. Looking for a professional to share with who is tidy and considerate. Am happy sharing my living space. Use of washing machine and kitchen with utensils available. Ideally I am looking for a mon to fri let (350) but would consider full time for the right person (500). I work shifts so am looking for someone who is considerate to the fact I may have to sleep in the day but it does mean that some evenings you will have the place to yourself. Just to prewarn you I do have a cat who lives indoors.
Approx 4 min drive from J11 M4 and A33 if you want to drop into Hampshire. Two minutes from bus stop to go into Reading.
