Single room in a 3 bed house

Room to rent for a female aged 25 or above who is tidy and friendly to share my house with and who will respect the space and be open with communication. The room is in a 2-story house and is furnished with a chest of draws, a clothes rail, a single bed that pulls out to a large double size. The bed has additional draws underneath as well. The room is adjacent to the large family bathroom which you will have sole use of.

The downstairs area has a large open living/dining room that backs onto a small garden and the back of the property. The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, and microwave along with a fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. The washing machine is also in the kitchen however there is an upstairs airing cupboard.

Out the front of the property, I have 3 parking spaces (one behind the other) and one of them being in a car port. However, there are plenty of bay parking spaces around the estate for visiting cars.

The local area includes a One Stop, which is about a 7 minute walk away and further up that road is a bakery and pharmacy. A few local pubs, the closest is about a 12 minute walk but there are plenty of buses that can take you into Reading too. A few supermarkets, all about a 10 minute drive away: Aldi, Lidl, Asda and finally the nearest petrol station is a 3 minute drive down the road.
