Lovely en-suite double room

We have a lovely double room with ensuite bathroom (loo, sink, power shower) on the first floor of our 3 floor family house. The room is carpeted, has multiple power sockets and double glazed window to the rear. It has a built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookshelves. (Other furniture negotiable)

We are all fairly early to bed & to get up as we all work (I'm a teacher in a special school, son works shifts (including nights) & daughter is a teaching student) so evenings are usually quiet & we are used to working around each others' different schedules. Happy to socialise with you & share living areas as you prefer or not.

We have a small friendly dog and two cats. Over the years our tenants have mixed in with family, or kept themselves to themselves, or a mixture - whatever works, really, though friendly is always a bonus. Other languages spoken: italian, french, bits of german, multiple programming languages...

Amenities: Large well equipped kitchen with fridge space available, gas hob, electric oven; good sized sitting room, dining room /study, dedicated gigaclear high speed fibre broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, heated clothes airer, iron, garden & washing line, barbecue, lots and lots of books you can borrow at any time. Parking space, some room for storage in garage eg boxes.

Handy for Reading (Green Park 3 miles), Aldermaston & Burghfield AWE, Newbury (Vodafone), Bracknell; 15-20 minutes to Reading station, so London easily commutable; 45 minutes to Heathrow.
