We are a young professional married family. House is kept spotless all the time. I work away Mon-Fri. My wife works from home and away Mon-Fri. My wife would prefer a female tenant in order to remain feeling comfortable around the house.

All bills and council tax entirely included in rent except for Landline (no access for tenant without permission)

We also have a 3 legged rescue home Jack Russell that just want cuddles all day long.
