Modern flat share

The flat is a new build (2017) with two bedrooms. I have been living there since then. The single room to let has access to a large bath/shower room and I have an ensuite. The single bedroom has access to TV socket and broad band. The shared kitchen ,lounge diner is large and well furnished. There is private parking for two cars and there is also a bus stop outside for buses to Reading and Reading Uni. I am self employed and was brought up in the area having been away for 7 years. I am well organised, tidy, lead a quite lifestyle and enjoy swimming, films, TV and music.
