Hello! We are looking to fill an ensuite double room a spacious house in Wises Firs.

Sulhamstead is a lovely area, ideal for running, cycling, walking. We are close to Burghfield Shops and a 10 minute drive to Theale train station which has regular 40 min services into Paddington.

The house is very spacious with a big kitchen, open plan dinning room and living room with a big TV as well as a large garden, you're welcome to use all of the facilities in the house.

We have a dish washer, washing machine & tumble drier. There are two comunal bathrooms with a shower downstairs.

ROOM: Double room
- Double room = £700 pcm
- Bills = £70 pcm - which includes council tax, all water, oil and electric etc and good quality (100MBS) wifi.

I'm looking after the property for my parents (who own the property) are away on a ‘round the world’ sailing trip for the next few years. I live in a room downstairs.

We're a friendly, social group and welcome people who will watch movies/play a board game with us etc!
