Double en-suite (own bathroom) room available in a very nice flat with underground parking in Sunningdale.

Short walk to the station yet set back and excluded from the town centre. The property has communal grounds, an underground garage/storage room and lift access.

I work for Mercedes-Benz and am looking for a professional person (financially stable, respectful, trustworthy) but fun individual to share my home. I value my privacy on occasion and respect the the same in others but am also very open to socialising!

Also open to Mon-Fri at reduced rate.
