Double en-suite 'flat' in large, quiet house

Double en-suite flat above garage (has own living room and kitchen with mini fridge and microwave) available as part of a beautiful house situated on a golf course.

It's around a 7 minute walk to Sunningdale station, or if you have a car, you can take advantage of the ample driveway. We have a very nice garden and access to the golf course.

We would be more than happy for you to use the main kitchen and utility room as it is fully kitted. We can put a TV in your room as well if you like.

I am 35 year old professional who lives here with my mother; we're very hospitable people and are looking for someone polite, trust worthy, considerate and clean to share our home with.


The price includes a weekly cleaner and a change of linen and towels every two weeks.
