It is a very cosy flat in lovely area in Sunningdale, with central heating a constant supply of water and also a communal garden and parking.
I am close walk to the train station(10mins)train goes to London(25mins)and also Reading(30mins) close to all amenities(shops and Supermarket, bars, banks).
