We have two double rooms becoming available this summer and are looking for people to join our friendly house.

Room 1 - Available from 1 August:
A spacious and airy double room with ensuite bathroom. The room is very has a high ceiling, wooden bay windows, plenty of storage with built-in wardrobe, a kingsize bed and laminate flooring. £630 pcm

Room 2 - Available from 1 September
A lovely double room with a built-in mirror wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom with a bath tub and powerful shower. £520 pcm

The Edwardian era house has high ceilings and original features like a marble fireplace. There is a spacious living room/dining room and big kitchen too.

Rent includes bills (council tax, electricity, gas, broadband and water).

We are all professionals working in the local area (engineering; marketing; gardening and media) and hang out occasionally to watch a film or have a drink and would prefer to have sociable people who are in the same age range and up for hanging out sometimes.

The house is a few minutes from the River Thames/Maidenhead bridge; Taplow station is an 8-minute walk with regular trains to London (35mins), Slough (10min) and Reading (20min). Tesco's, Sainsbury's and Waitrose supermarkets are all less than 15 minutes walk.
