Small Double room in Thatcham near the station

Hi,

So a little bit about me - I'm a 38 year old professional who works from home in a lovely, modern, 2 bed flat, located 5 minutes walk from Thatcham station.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is friendly, clean and respectful to come and join me in the flat and with any luck we'll become friends who can hang out together from time to time :)

The flat itself is very well located. It's a 5-minute walk from Thatcham station which is on the direct line to Paddington and it's a 15-minute walk into Thatcham town centre.

The room is available from 1 September and I look forward to hearing from you so we can arrange a viewing.

Please note that I would consider Mon to Fri let for £600 per month.
