I'm looking to rent out 2 bedrooms in my 3 bed house. Im looking to move onto a boat over the coming months so I'll initially have lodgers but would consider letting the whole property eventually to a lodger wanting to choose their own hoysemates. The house could benefit from some tolerance or redecorating here and there. Huge garden. Nice quiet area in a good neighbourhood. 3 parking spaces on the drive. One bathroom. A nice sunny patio.
