Fully insulated, heated, water supplies etc. En suite has bath and shower (plus sink and toilet).. Food prep area includes sink and built-in fridge. Microwave and kettle will also be included, along with crockery and cutlery.
Also double bed with mattress, linen, towels and side units will be provided (to be purchased shortly!!)
Mon-Fri only.
Most weekends the flat will be cleaned (and if required bed sheets and towels) - included in the cost.
Use of garden is fine, provided no disturbance to neighbours.
Off road parking on driveway.
