Large en suite room available from June

Hi, I have a large en suite room available in my flat. I am on the 1st floor (which is the top floor) and the area is very quiet.

I will like someone who is self sufficient and happy to have this space as their own. I will likely not be here because I stay at my partner’s house most days. So if you’re happy to have the run of the flat and happy living alone and to just message me as and when needed then my place would be perfect for you.

I am offering a double en-suite room, with parking, access to a communal garden. Or you could think of it as a one bed apartment all to yourself since I’ll hardly ever be around. I’ll only be 10 mins away should you need anything, so very quick to respond if needed, although it’ll be unlikely as I’ve kept my place in good shape.

Can be furnished or unfurnished, I will just need some advance notice to accommodate. Any questions, just drop me a message. :)
