Large Double Room, furnished

I have a large furnished double room recently redecorated and am looking to let from Monday to Friday (although weekends could be arranged - please call).
The house has wi-fi, broadband, sky television (in the living room), washing machine, out-side parking, good size garden,. Both the kitchen and bathroom are newly installed in a modern style, which I like to keep clean and tidy.(You are expected to do the same!)
I am near Newbury and near Vodafone bus route.
I am easygoing and chill in most evenings, running/gym some evenings.
Price and letting can be negotiated i. e. odd Sunday night/weekend so please feel free to contact me as I am only to happy to answer any questions.
