Large double room

large double room available, this is a large modern and usually quiet house, there is a large kitchen and garden. there are two very friendly dogs who live here. wifi and parking, good access to bus and train station, quiet road, room furnished and newly decorated. double bed, desk, tv etc I live here with my son and a mate who are rarely in. we are relaxed and easy going and I would like to house share with a similar type of person. I don't mind smoking in the garden but not in the house. I would possibly consider full time but obviously the rent would be higher
