Hi I'm Paul 25 years old. I currently have a spare double room in my two bedroom ground floor flat that I'm looking for a lodger to fill. I live with my girlfriend Erin and also have two rats that live in the living room in their cage. We are both professionals who are looking for a lodger who fits the same criteria. Ideally looking for a lodger for Monday to Friday, however more than happy to discuss 7 days. Flat is kept clean and organised and would be looking for a lodger who can keep it at the same standard. The room has its own separate family bathroom and is fully furnished. Property has Sky and fibre optic Internet, however Sky only in the living room. Room is available for viewings.
