Double Room to Rent in Thatcham

This advert is for a double room to rent within a 2 bedroom house in Thatcham. The other occupant is a 23 year old female and I am looking for someone of a similar age to house share with. Partners are welcome to stay over as the occupant has her partner over regularly.

The room 9"2 x 8"8, it is unfurnished and has a built in wardrobe - may be able to include some units but no bed or tv. The monthly cost is £400 which includes all bills and wireless broadband - food & toiletries are not included. The bathroom has literally just been re-fitted and will be shared, as will all other rooms in the house. Deposit is £300.

There is a drive way and there is always parking available opposite the house on the round. The road is situated in a quiet area with little traffic or disruption.

The ideal candidate will love animals as there are 3 cats living in the property and some other small animals (hamster etc.) pets are welcome depending on the animal - no dogs are allowed due to the cats currently living there.

The available room is very overpacked and untidy at the moment therefore the pictures do not do it justice!
