I have 1 double bedroom available in my 3 bed house in Theale - quiet cul de sac. Less than 10 mins walk from the train station and main bus routes from Theale into Reading, London and Newbury. Close to main connecting roads M4 and A4. Sainsbury's, Puregym, B&M, Boots is a 5 min drive over the motorway.
Bed, beside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe (not pictured) included.
There is 1 other girl in the house but I have a flat that I am still renting in London and then will be moving into the house full-time December 2024. References will be requested. All bills included. Off road and on road parking is available at no extra cost.
