Friendly house share in village close to M4/J12

My names Matt and I am sharing a 4 bed semi detached house in Theale with a couple of friends. We currently have a double room available, furnished (fixed bed, wardrobe and bedside table)and are looking for someone to move in From the beginning of August.
We are a short walk from the train station and village centre which comprises of plenty of pubs, shops and other general amenities. The rent will be £440 pcm which includes all bills. We have a shared lounge with sky+, internet access, a phone line, all the general mod-cons really. Please get in touch if you require any further information or want to come and have a look.
