We are looking for a lodger for our Annexe. The furnished self-contained Annexe includes an ensuite single bedroom, a living room and a kitchen, with access to the main house's sizable garden.
The property is within walking distance to the Tilehurst Train Station. It has off road parking, is located within 15 min drive to Reading Town Centre, and has various supermarkets, shops, take-aways and restaurants within 10min’s drive. Despite its convenient location, it is actually located in a quiet cup-de-sac, with really friendly neighbours.
Bill and broadband is included, except energy bills between November and March (inclusive), when the lodger pays 50% of the usage based on the meter readings (the Annexe has its own gas and electricity meters).
We are looking for a professional person (reference required), preferrably 25 years or older.
We are a married couple with a toddler, so we expect the lodger to be considerate and polite.
FOR COUPLES:
We prefer single-occupant applicants. If you are a couple WITHOUT children looking to take on this annexe, the monthly rental and deposit of the property will be increased to £950, due to the increased costs (energy bills, faster broadband, inconveniences, etc) to us.
We don't take on couples with children or groups of people unrelated to each other.
