Two Rooms, 5Mins From Station (Read Description)

My wife and I have a room available in our family home. This house is ideal for someone needing to get to London or central Reading quickly being a short walk to Tilehurst station.

The room price is inclusive of bills. Ideally we’re only looking for weekdays as we like to have privacy at the weekends. We are happy to consider full week starting at 625 with WFM dependent. Term length is also entirely flexible.

The room have a smart TVs with subscriptions to Amazon, Disney, Netflix etc. It has a sink with the light above and reading lights either side of the bed. There is loads of storage in the wardrobe. Bathroom is brand new and we've just finished building a utility space.. Previous tenants have used loft space as needed and there is decent parking on the road. Kitchen is well stocked but limited space-wise but there is an extra fridge freezer in the hall.
