We are searching for a new house mate to join a group of like-minded young working professionals.
About the house:
- 10/15 min walk from Tilehurst train station
- Parking on drive available
- Garden and patio backing onto the local park
- 10 min walk to local shops and bus routes to Reading Town Centre
- Communal kitchen and living room (with 100 inch screen + 4k projector)
- 1 small dog who does shed so probably not suitable for anyone with a dog allergy
About the room:
-Large double with ensuite (Shower, sink and toilet) on its own floor (3rd floor)
- Perfect if working from home with working/desk space
- Room is semi-furnished but welcome to make changes
About the current residents:
- 2 male and one female professionals who wfh
- socially active
- easy going
- clean and tidy
Who would make an ideal new house mate:
- Though it would be great if you want to join us for a drink or a film and to be social; we are equally happy if someone is a little more introverted and just wants their own space.
All we really ask is for someone who is equally laid back and clean and tidy!
